We have been extremely happy with the entire process, All of the team at Hillman have been fantastic.

I have 4 colleagues where I work currently building homes through other builders. Speaking to them they seem to have had nothing but complaints and problems. So they are very shocked when I have told them I have not had any problems with the build or with you guys and that everything has gone along smoothly. We have been living in our beautiful Hillman Homes Designed home for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier! We found Hillman Homes in the local paper 5yrs ago as they had just won some awards. We had just purchased an old home on a great block in Speers Point and decided to meet with Peter to get some advice. Peter was always easy to talk to and very helpful. With Peter and our ideas he came up with a concept design and from there we had plans drawn up and built our dream home. Peter, Daniel and all the staff at Hillman Homes were always approachable and accommodating. The Team made building so much easier than we thought it would be, and we have no hesitation in recommending Hillman Homes to anyone.

Building with Hillman Homes was a pleasurable experience for Emma & I. Many builders did not offer the flexibility that Hillman Homes do. Some were very pushy and preferred us to build an existing design even though they called themselves Custom Builders. Peter Hillman designed the perfect plan to suit our block of land and built a quality but affordable home. The staff were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with, they listened to our needs and expectations, responded promptly to our requests and allowed flexibility throughout the entire process. We really owe a big thanks to Daniel your Site Supervisor and you guys for doing such a great job at getting the house finished early.

We lived in our old existing house for years before we decided to knock down and rebuild.  We had a clear idea of what we wanted for the style and layout of our new home. We didn’t think the block itself was particularly difficult, however it doesn’t have direct street access which seemed to pose a problem for most builders. If one of their standard design homes couldn’t be built as is from the front of the block, they didn’t seem interested.  We were lucky to meet Peter and from our first conversation, the block seemed a non-issue. Through the design stage nothing was a problem. We took our layout and pictures to Peter and he offered ideas and suggestions we hadn’t even considered. What we thought was the perfect home, got even more perfect for us! Throughout the process Peter and his staff have been great. We are now part way through the rebuild and looking forward to the completion of our Hillman Home.

I am only halfway through the process of designing and building my Hillman Home.  So far it has been a complete pleasure and the Concept Design is everything I wanted.  Peter has been able to take my ideas and create just the home that I was looking for.  Can’t wait to see it completed.
